Postage
Information regarding postage time frame can be found on each product page. Please note, all lead times are subject to change. Once an item is ready to be posted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to view and track for delivery.
Delivery Overview
Here is a breakdown of the delivery methods you can expect for each category of item in your order:
Accessories Pieces
Items such as bookmarks, greeting cards, keychains, stickers, etc. will be posted in a small padded envelope, using Royal Mail First Class service.
Small Items
Items such as individual frames, coasters, mugs will be posted either in a padded envelope or small box with protection in box, using Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service.
Medium Products
Homeware pieces such as cushions, multiples of drinkware and frames, etc. will be posted either in a padded envelope or small box with protection in box, using Royal Mail Tracked 24hr service.
Larger Products*
Larger pieces such as Acrylic signs, bulk orders of drinkware, homeware, etc, will be posted in suitable boxes with protection, using using Royal Mail Tracked 24hr service or the parcel equivalent.
